- 12 Components M&E System Assessment - Guidelines to support preparation, implementation and follow up activities
It provides step-by-step instructions, as well as a structured questionnaire that can be used to guide the assessment process. These Guidelines are meant for both the facilitators of such national HIV M&E system assessments and for those individuals and organisations who participate in such an assessment process at the national level, decentralised government level and the HIV service delivery level.

- Planning Tool for Developing a Digital Library of M&E Resources

This handbook, commissioned by infoDev and prepared by a team at GAMOS, reviews the experience of infoDev and others in supporting ICT pilot projects in developing countries, and proposes a framework for assessing the effectiveness of these pilot projects.
